Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the FlyMACK website (flymack.com) and mobile application (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

Continued use of the Service after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be published on this page.

FlyMACK is a digital learning platform for pilot theory exam preparation (including ATPL, PPL, and DLR), offering educational content, module catalogs, video lessons, quizzes, and progress tracking. The study app is available on iOS; an Android version is coming soon. flymack.com is the marketing and legal website and is not the study application.

Features, content availability, and functionality may vary by version, subscription status, and technical infrastructure. FlyMACK may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance or improvements.

To use the Service, you must register with a valid mobile phone number and verify your identity via SMS one-time password (OTP). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under your account.

If you suspect unauthorized access, contact hello@larinera.com promptly. FlyMACK implements reasonable security measures but cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the internet.

Paid features such as FlyMACK Premium may be offered as auto-renewable subscriptions through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Payments are processed by the relevant app store and RevenueCat; FlyMACK does not directly collect payment card details.

Pricing, renewal dates, and cancellation terms are governed by the store’s displayed pricing and the applicable store terms (Apple/Google). You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your store account settings.

Refund requests are handled according to the applicable app store refund policies. FlyMACK does not offer direct refunds for store-processed payments.

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Prohibited conduct includes: unauthorized access attempts; automated scraping, bots, or reverse engineering; unauthorized copying, distribution, or commercial use of content; interfering with other users’ accounts; uploading malware or disrupting Service integrity.

FlyMACK may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if it detects violations of these rules.

Text, images, videos, question banks, software, and trademarks in the Service are owned by FlyMACK or its licensors and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You receive a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial study purposes only. Unauthorized reproduction, sale, or public distribution of content is prohibited.

FlyMACK is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorized by civil aviation authorities (e.g., SHGM, EASA) or official examination bodies. Content is provided for educational and practice purposes only.

Use of the Service does not guarantee exam success, certification, or professional qualification. You remain solely responsible for your exam preparation.

FlyMACK may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service or any feature, with or without notice.

You may delete your account at any time from in-app settings. FlyMACK may terminate your account for Terms violations or legal requirements.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, FlyMACK is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, data loss, loss of profits, or business interruption.

FlyMACK’s total liability is limited to the amount you paid to FlyMACK in the twelve (12) months preceding the relevant event; for free use, this amount may be zero.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes are subject to the courts of Istanbul (Central), without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights in your place of residence.
