Privacy Policy

FlyMACK is the data controller for personal data processed in connection with the flymack.com website, the FlyMACK mobile application, and related services. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, why we use it, and your rights.

Identity and contact: mobile phone number (account registration and OTP verification).

Account and usage: user ID, quiz sessions, answer history, saved lists, progress data, preferred app language.

Subscription: premium status and purchase/renewal information (FlyMACK does not directly collect payment card details; processed via Apple App Store / Google Play and RevenueCat).

Technical and security: device type, operating system, app version, session and access logs, error and crash reports.

Analytics: screen views, onboarding, auth, quiz start/completion, paywall and purchase funnel events (Firebase Analytics, Mixpanel, AppsFlyer). Advertising identifiers (IDFA / Ad ID) are not collected for analytics.

Account creation, authentication, and session management.

Delivery of educational content, quizzes, and progress features.

Verification and management of premium subscription access.

Service security, troubleshooting, and performance improvement.

Product analytics and user experience enhancement.

Compliance with legal obligations and responding to rights requests.

Under applicable law (including KVKK where relevant): performance of a contract (account, service delivery, subscription); legitimate interests (security, analytics, service improvement — balanced against your rights); legal obligation.

Where explicit consent is required, we obtain it separately.

We may share data with the following service providers to operate the Service:

Google Firebase (authentication, analytics, crash reporting) — Google LLC.

Mixpanel (product analytics) — Mixpanel, Inc.

AppsFlyer (attribution and in-app analytics) — AppsFlyer Ltd.

RevenueCat (subscription and purchase status) — RevenueCat, Inc.

Apple App Store / Google Play (payment processing) — respective store operators.

FlyMACK backend infrastructure (api.flymack.com).

These providers process data under their own privacy policies. Firebase and similar infrastructure may be hosted outside your country; transfers are made in compliance with applicable data protection requirements.

Account data is retained while your account is active. Upon account deletion, data is deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period, except where legal retention obligations apply.

Analytics and crash data may be retained for limited periods for service improvement, subject to Firebase, Mixpanel, and AppsFlyer retention settings.

Subscription and billing records may be kept longer for tax and consumer law compliance.

FlyMACK implements technical and organizational measures including access controls, encrypted communication (HTTPS/TLS), authorization, and secure authentication. No system is 100% secure; please report suspicious activity to hello@larinera.com.

Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to: know whether your data is processed; request access; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion; know third parties to whom data is transferred; object to certain processing; and seek remedies for unlawful processing.

You can delete your account at any time from in-app Settings. Upon deletion, account data is removed or anonymized as described in the Retention section above.

Submit requests to hello@larinera.com. We aim to respond within thirty (30) days. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

The Service is not directed at individuals under eighteen (18). We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we become aware of such data, we will delete it.

flymack.com is a static marketing site without login or user profiles. The site may use limited technical cookies for basic functionality and performance. We do not sell personal data or use third-party advertising trackers.

This Privacy Policy may be updated. The current version is always published at flymack.com/legal/privacy. Material changes may be communicated via the app or email.
